Clarity setup

(If you do not follow these instructions, you interface will have a combination of skins and color that most likely will be very unpleasing to work on.... or not.)


Clarity VIP               Ver 2.0 (Aug 6,2009)
Our variation off of the Canis VIP skin and pictured below. Based in Greys and Blues and without the bright baby blues or bright selections and ranges. Clean and clear. Download both the VIP and Colors. 

 
Clarity Colors
Color palette for Clarity skin -  Place these into you Samplitude/fx-presets folder. Then open Sam and Press Y to get you system menus. Click on Colors and then load for the preset menu.  Once Clarity is chosen, click on one of the color buttons in the Object/sample/background Box to open the COLOR palette. Right click the palette background and choose Clarity to finish the assignments of colors. This also will setup the new Color tool in the VIP.

After downloading both Clarity VIP and Clarity Colors, unzip and paste the Clarity VIP folder into Samplitude's Bitmaps folder. Unzip Clarity Colors and paste the .BAL16 file and .COL file into the fx-presets folder.

Open Samplitude and open any VIP project. In the top left corner of the VIP window, click the logo next to the "file" menu and choose the Clarity skin from the list.  To change the transport, right click the blank area on the transport's counter window or on the arrow within it, depending of your current transport and choose Clarity from the list of skins.  Next, open the manager, while docked, right click the blank area to the right of the manager buttons (the buttons ;File, objects....routing) and choose Clarity from the list of skins.


Next press "Y" and open you system system options and choose Design/Colors. Use the presets menu to choose Clarity.  Hit OK and close out that dialog window. 


Your interface should now look just like the screenshots on our resource page where you downloaded the files from.
